Imogen Abandowitz

Imogen's work

Imogen is a communications specialist who is passionate about sustainability, design thinking and behavioural sciences. She previously worked for ZDHC Foundation – a leading global multi-stakeholder initiative driving sustainable chemistry in fashion production. Here she worked on the overall communications strategy to position the organisation as an industry leader, worked with fashion client’s sustainability teams and government policy leads, implementing nature-based solutions programs. She has cultivated skills in digital communications, change communications, facilitation and community engagement.

Imogen has worked in various places throughout her career, including the UN Global Compact and within a start-up ecosystem in Amsterdam. She has joined the Blue Carbon Lab as a Science Communicator.
